Unfortunately, if the item is out of stock, you will not be able to order it. I only have a small amount of quantity in stock and sometimes, I won't be able to restock them.

You must email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of your delivery date with clear photos of the defected products. Once I examine the photos, I will contact you for further instructions.
You can't add items to existing orders. If you would like to add new items to an order, you will need to place a new order on our site.
Due to COVID-19, I package all of my products wearing mask and gloves for health and safety reasons.
Getting your orders to you in one piece is my number goal. All fragile products are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, and is place in a box filled with packing peanuts.
Presentation and making you feel like you're receiving a special gift in the mail is also my number one goal. I want you to feel extra special when receiving your order, therefore, I gift wrap each item in Kraft paper and twines. This is great because you won't have to ask me to wrap it for you if you're purchasing a gift to a special someone.
If your order is a gift, you don't have to worry. I got you cover since I'm wrapping everything already. Your friends and family will receive a wonderful gift already wrapped in Kraft paper and twines.
If you have a special message for them, just noted it on your order and I can handwrite it on the a card to include it with the package. This is at no charge to you.
