With the impact of COVID-19, please be aware that shipments could take a bit longer than expected.
Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. Information will be specified in each product description. Any changes to your order, such as addresses, cannot be changed after 24 hours of order receipt. Once your order is shipped, we cannot make changes to the order.
Most of our products will take 3-5 business days for shipment, but there are a few that will take 7-10 business days if they are shipped out of our manufacturer warehouse. (Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days). Any order placed on the weekend will be process the following business day. Please read each product description for shipment details.
Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped. If your order is shipped in multiple boxes, you will receive tracking numbers for all of those boxes, via email. Transit times vary depending on product and location.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any product that is not eligible for a return, will be noted on their product description.

To return your product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll contact you with further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you are deny, we will mail your product(s) back to you.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of your delivery date with clear photos of the defected products. Once we examine the photos, we will contact you for further instructions.
If the item was delivered or given to you as a gift and you would like to make a return, the gift giver will be the one to contact us and let us know of the returned via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). The product(s) must be shipped back to us and we'll determine if a refund is approve/deny. If the return is approve, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
