Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Can I still order an item if it is out of stock?

Unfortunately, if the item is out of stock, you will not be able to order it. I only have a small amount of quantity in stock and sometimes, I won't be able to restock them.

How do I know when my order is shipped?

I will send you an email with the tracking number.

I receive a damaged product. What should I do?

You must email me at birchtier@gmail.com within 48 hours of your delivery date with clear photos of the defected products. Once I examine the photos, I will contact you for further instructions.

Can I add items to an existing order?

You can't add items to existing orders. If you would like to add new items to an order, you will need to place a new order on our site.

How do you package your fragile items?

Getting your orders to you in one piece is my number goal. All fragile products are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, and is place in a box filled with packing peanuts or air pillows.
